On the contrary, I want to teach you to know your body so that you can maintain healthy eating habits in the long term.<\/p><p>I want our cooperation to be based on communication and trust. We will take a look at a list of everything you eat during the day; what types of diets you were on; what was fine with you and what did not work; what food you like or dislike to eat. Additionally we will discover your metabolic type.<\/p><p>It is well known that each of us has got different needs, therefore at first we will prepare a comprehensive diagnostics (BMR, your metabolic type, current caloric intake Kcal\/Day) and with that I will prepare for you a perfect diet plan which suits you the best.
