My name is Eliška Staňková.I have been involved in personal fitness training for over 15 years. I gained my knowledge mainly from many years of studies, initially at the Sports High School in Pilsen and then I gained Master's degree at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport, Charles University in Prague. At the same time, I can combine this knowledge with experience in top level sport.
Sport has been an everyday part of my life since I was a child. I played basketball from 6 to 15 years old. At the age of 15 I started to practice athletics, since 19 I have been discus throwing. I have always dreamed big and I made my dreams come true. I participated in the European Championship in 2012, 2014, 2016, 2018. Moreover I participated in the World Championships in Qatar in 2019, which I consider to be my career peak. The Covid pandemic hastened the end of my active career, and now I can pass my experience on to the others and devote myself fully to fitness, which is my biggest hobby.
My main goal is to teach you that your body works as a whole. To make your muscle interactions work as they should, without muscle imbalances. You can focus on strength training, weight-lifting, get ripped, train for a marathon, etc., but body regeneration is always important as well. At the same time it is very important to maintain well-balanced diet, feel good and simply maintain mental health.
For several years I have been cooperating with the excellent psychologist PhDr. Marian Jelinek. I believe in every person as a unique – if you take care about your body from outside and inside, that is physical training, proper diet and well-being, you can achieve incredible results. And I would like to hand this experience over to you as well, and thus help you achieve your dream goals.
