Before starting our training program, my main goal is to get to know you as much as possible, to find out everything about you that is needed to prepare a perfect training plan for your body. That's why I would appreciate a lot of information from you. The most important thing for me is to know your goal and what led you to contact me.

Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain muscle bulk, eliminate health problems or correct technique of running, it is always important for me to know your goal and to see your motivation. Then we will diagnose the musculoskeletal system, inappropriate posture, muscle imbalances, etc. I would also want to know your exercising and eating habits, your health problems, how many hours a day you sleep, your time options and other information.

I prepare a training plan individually according to the client´s needs, the client´s goal and physical possibilities. Every single person is unique. It is very important for me to find the right way to make your training fun so you leave the training with the feeling that you are better today than you were yesterday and you make progress.

I make the trainings fun and varied, I regularly change and adjust them according to your needs, possibilities and current shape. In my training I use not only typical machines and dumbbells, but also a lot of special aids such as expanders, TRX, Bosu, etc.

Expect moments, when you will hate me, but I promise you that if we make it together, you will achieve your dream goals soon.
