Whether you want to gain muscle bulk or lose weight, I won´t let you overeat nor starve. You will not have to follow a strict diet, not at all. My „know how“ regarding food is to get to know your current diet and adjust it so that it is healthy, varied and hearty at the same time. My goal is to make you feel fresh and full of energy after every single meal and during the day.
There are lots of different diets and opinions on how to lose weight and look great. But in fact all these methods are about one thing: What is your energy balance, that is your ratio of caloric intake to energy output during the day. Therefore, I will gradually adjust your current diet in terms of caloric intake and the amount and ratio of macronutrients (proteins, carbohydrates, fats). It is not my goal to achieve fast results by drastically adjusting your diet. On the contrary, I want to teach you to know your body so that you can maintain healthy eating habits in the long term.
I want our cooperation to be based on communication and trust. We will take a look at a list of everything you eat during the day; what types of diets you were on; what was fine with you and what did not work; what food you like or dislike to eat. Additionally we will discover your metabolic type.
It is well known that each of us has got different needs, therefore at first we will prepare a comprehensive diagnostics (BMR, your metabolic type, current caloric intake Kcal/Day) and with that I will prepare for you a perfect diet plan which suits you the best. Then it will be up to you, how long it will take for the results to come.
